Park models are viewed as personal property by Snohomish County, you are taxed by their value of it.
I would talk with the Snohomish County Treasurer's office. Be sure you have the Lot# for your space and the legal title if you were granted one at the time you purchased your space, or; whatever type of an agreement you entered into with Lake Conner' s Park. You might want to have an attorney advise you on this matter.
She right
By understanding if it's a park model then yes it is taxed by the county has property because they are not licensed
Id go straight to the main office. Unheard of, to me. But things change. So, personally. Id go straight to the office.
