Amy is by far the most genuine, caring, authentic healers ive met. Ive placed my faith in her for personal growth and healing and have obtained so much more!!! It depends on the issue (i.e.: severity, longevity, impact on life), as well as the person – as each person moves through the healing process differently. Plan on spending a minimum of 4-6 sessions in my space, after which time you can determine whether you have achieved your desired outcome. If you need further support, we’ll schedule more sessions and if not, you can end services. If you want added reinforcement, we can space sessions out to every other week.
My job is to help you find your own truth. Hypnosis is based on the belief that all the knowledge, wisdom, tool and answers you need exist within one’s self. I will assuredly ask questions – and maybe even provide insights, but ultimately, the goal is for you will piece together the best formula to achieve your desired outcome.
I believe it takes two healthy individuals to sustain a healthy relationship, thus the work I do is one-to-one. However, I also believe there is great value in seeing a couple’s counselor (which I am not). Best case scenario – you each have your own individual practitioner AND one whom you see together!
You typically remember what you are ready to remember – or need to remember to facilitate healing and growth. The kinds of things you share in session are the same kinds of things you might share with a close friend or therapist. I have special tools to guide you through this process and resolve inner conflicts and heavy feelings.
Yes, you will remember everything. In fact, some of what you remember may have a positive impact on you between sessions.
In hypnosis, our focus is not determining the accuracy of your memories, but rather the emotions and perceptions attached to the memories.
