Do you have to move the camper after 180 days.. or just close it up for winter?

These are purchased lots with 6 mo caps. Not a transient park

I have a lot there for the last 5 years we love it, some areas like phase 1 and some areas of 3 doesn't get much sun. But in phase 2 where we have a lot it gets so hot in the summer I spray myself down with the hose. Mold isn't on everything as long as you do a yearly cleaning and are not a hoarder. There are a few lots where no one takes care of their stuff due to not being there, or out inherited it from a family member and doesnt care. For the most part they have rules and guidelines for these reasons. You are allowed to stay up to 6 months a year at April being the month of a new year. Thay have a variety of activities for all ages throughout the year (lesser on the winter but a still few). 2 pools, fishing, hiking and breakfast and dinner on weekends for the summer. Also a summer operated snack shack for goodies. Hopefully this was helpful 😁

Yes, you have to buy into it or lease it from someone. Expect mold in everything if you stay 6 months or longer, the sun never comes through the trees to dry anything out.
