why can you only stay for 180 days? what is the penalty if you stay longer? also, can you purchase more than one site and live at the second one for the 180 days?

State law only allows the180 days as we are a camping club not a mobile home park. I owe 2 lots only get 180 days per year per both lots. Check with the office or the current by-laws as we are going to ballot on the new by- laws August membership meeting. Hope this was helpful. 496-2 L

The reason for the 180 days has to do with the county and how they charge taxes

It's not a permanent residence and no we can't purchase a second lot and stay on it for 180 days
