These folks at Frontier Village are the very best of the best! Thankfully I do not have to go there often...but when I do, my cat(s) and I are treated SO great! I have been a furry pet father for over 30 years and I have never worked with such a caring, loving and committed group of people as I have as Frontier Village. I will be a customer for life. Everyone from the front desk staff to the vet techs are all so sweet, compassionate, and friendly. The docs we've encountered so far have been wonderful and patient. We haven't had a puppy in a long time and they explain everything in detail, take their time answering questions and educate about the best care for ours. Test results have also been efficiently communicated to us as well. We love Dr. Oas, she is super awesome, caring and we are so happy we chose her to care for our boy Archer. We wanted someone in the north end with Frenchie experience and since she has a small troop of her own, she was perfect for our puppy! He also really adores her. We haven't really had to wait long on our last handful of visits. The prices are reasonable and the clinic is very clean and bright. We love the team at Frontier Village Veterinary Clinic!

Our almost 2 year old German Shepherd was having some stomach issues. He's had medical issues since he was 8 weeks old and we have always trusted Frontier with his care. The stomach issues started out as not eating on Tuesday morning and then progressed to him vomiting and having bloody stool. He was lethargic and showed no interest in eating, as well as being a bit unsteady on his legs. We began calling ER vet hospitals in our area, and was discouraged because of being turned away or just a rude interaction. I called Frontier early to see if they had a prompt care appointment they could fit us in for. The staff was (always is) so polite, professional, empathetic and efficient. They immediately spoke with the prompt care vet and they were able to fit us in. The communication was clear and next steps were easy to understand as well as possible diagnosis. He's feeling much better now and they've called to check in on him the next day. I appreciate their efforts in having prompt care in addition to their already busy business hours. I appreciate them listening and being so understanding and sympathetic to your situation, especially when you're already stressed and concerned about your pet. Thank you Frontier Village!

The people here are very caring and professional. My cat has got his kitten shots here and also just got neutered. No complaints at all and would recommend to others! Thank guys for being awesome and keep up the good work. Hubble says Meow!
