Where do I even start? As an architect and urban designer I might be biased about this place but I promise no matter your background there’s something you will love and enjoy here. This former manufacturing site is slowly adapting its buildings to accommodate for restaurants and retail. I went on a Tuesday afternoon so it wasn’t very lively but I can’t wait to return on a Friday evening. My favorite things were the abundance of art and the landscape design, beautiful harmless bees everywhere 🤩

We have lots of (free) surface parking! For your next visit, we recommend using one of our brand new entrances that each lead right to a large parking lot: 1801 N. Graham Street or 1774 Statesville Avenue.
Having visited many times and done this my employees yes there is WiFI if near one of the restaurants and there is a camp north end hot spot. If it's over 10-15 employees I would possibly call ahead and make sure you can get a spot near the restaurants but as far as tables go there is an overwhelming number of open picnic tables dining tables that are open for use similar to Optimist Hall.
Charlotte Army Missile Plant. The US Army called it CAMP for short.
I would suggest that you go Mon-Fri during business hours. I do not have name or contact information.
I think it would be a great place to have a craft fair. Lots of space and places to relax and eat.
No permits needed for photo shoots.
There are lots of outlets around, but you'll need to bring (or borrow!) a charger.
The closest hotels are uptown, a couple of miles South. Omni, Marriott, Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, Ritz, etc
Yes, the market will be ADA accessible. It is outdoors in a barrier-free area, and there are ADA parking spaces nearby. Hope to see you there often!
The RV's are rental office space I believe
