This is one of my top jewelry stores for a few reasons. They have a range of different types of jewelry so finding what you are looking for is easy and the quality is amazing in each of there items across the range. My favorite part of shopping here though was working with Richard! Ask for him anytime you’re in there, he is truly a pleasure to work with and made the shopping experience so pleasant. He’s very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all our questions and really put in the extra time to make us satisfied and I left ecstatic with my purchase. I appreciate Richard and everyone else at The Jewelry Exchange! Sorry for the late response, but we do not offer trade ins but we do have exchanges. All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. All items except for custom and special orders may be exchanged within 30 days. All loose diamonds, diamond stud earrings and diamond solitaire pendants may be exchanged within 90 days of purchase. After the initial 90 day period, loose diamonds, diamond stud earrings and diamond solitaire pendants may be exchanged for 80% of the original price if returned undamaged.
