You will need a WA state fishing license
With proper military ID or proper sponsorship, you can fish at Twin Lakes. The lake is stocked with Rainbow Trout. 5 max per person. Boat, kayak and canoe rentals available on Saturdays. No personal boats allowed. No swimming. Bait and tackle, along with the boat rentals are available in the Recreation Office near the campground, not at the lake. Road to lakes can close at any moment due to many factors so please call ahead to check status. 425-304-5315.
Pretty sure that lake is just a catch and release if you can fish at all there. Swimming is not allowed. But, kayaking is. Military card or escorted by a card holder only.
