Lady called me to discuss resources. SHE DIDNT EXPLAIN ANYTHING! She was jugdemental and her questions did not lead to help. Basically because were not unemployed and still have an income coming in, "why cant you afford your bills" is what she said. I felt judged and thrown off gaurd... I said, "Ma'am, do you want a budget or what I can pull off the top of my head? I simply stated we are new to the area so what can you help with? It wasnt until the end of the call she told me our options. She took our info but was very secretive about what they could help with. I told her what we needed multiple times on the phone. It wasnt until after 20 mins of being on the phone and giving all of our personal info that she said, "We dont help with that"... ummm thank you for wasting my time. Upon looking at their site, which I should have done in the first place, she could have listed options. Wont recommend anyone seek help with them first.

Absolutely amazing family oriented staff we love everyone here . They have been with my family for almost 2 1/2 years trying to help my family or 7 with getting a home or safe places to stay during this hard time. They helped us much with making sure we had clothing for kiddos, blankets, food, water n our animals had food to when the had it in to give they were always great about calling back in a timely amount of time. These ladies work long hours to help everyone in there community with back to school, holidays when they can I would recommend this place over any other place these ladies once you meet them you are family n they don't give up on anyone n they do their very best to keep things moving even when you lose faith they will keep faith n tell you they are here n try n take some stress off if they can. Once you bring your family in you wont ever have to face things alone there are here to answer the question. Or help you just calm down n take the steps you need to. To get in life where u need or want to be. I can say after many long talks n meeting n steps my family was able to get into a home with the help of all of these ladies this Oct.2, 2019 we would have gave up along time ago but this support group here wasnt ready to give up they believe n had faith when we were down. I believe everyone who needs help or even if they want to ask questions or unsure should come here. We were n still are so blessed to have all of these ladies in our lives. Lori your the most amazing woman I could have ever been blessed to meet you help me so many days n night n you never lost your faith n you never gave up on us. Your ability to take your time working with so many and to still remember each person by name or case is truely amazing n your so one on one with the client what works for one doesnt always work all but you help each client to their ability to hand things. your helped us get our IDs with helped with so much in life. Tina From day one I walked into the granite falls office you have excepted my whole family like family n helped us on so many stressful days with so so much. Even when I was so unsure n didnt know where to go you would help us look up info or help point us in the right direction. Your smile each time we can some times was our highlight on our darks days n a few mins with you n we seen sunshine again. My son youngest son thinks that you are absolutely the most amazing person in the world he says you are his buddy Caroline You did so much in such a cramp time it was amazing how you were able to so much of what was bothering us or we needed help with n you were able to break it down each step n help us get each one done in the time it needed to be done.. we are truely blessed you help my family be able to keep Diablo in our home with the right steps without you n your hard work I'm not sure where he would be without you dedication. Barbie You had I think the most important job because no matter how many times we blew up the phones you always answer with a happy voice n so calming voice n you were so so patient with each call you. Your always make sure to give the best advice that you could or contact us to someone who could help us. Their are so many more amazing woman who worked with here but these where our main but so many helped us n were there for our family. THANK YOU FROM MY WHOLE FAMILY WE LOVE YOU ALL N ARE SO BLESSED WITH EVERYTHING YOU ALL HAVE DONE FOR OUR FAMILY. JUST REMEMBER LADIES YOUR WORTHY OF SO MUCH THANKS.
