Just bought a Line 6 James Tyler Variax (JTV-89F) from them. Very happy! I hate haggling and negotiating like I’m dealing with a used car salesman. These guys made it painless! I'm sure you could find someone there nice enough to fix it for you for free... with the price of new strings! Most likely need to re-string the rest of them if one is already breaking. I'd suggest looking up a video as well how to do it with a specific guitar.
