I’m grateful we can buy raw milk! I switched our family to raw milk and we can feel a difference from doing so. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I like that we can pull up, grab what we want, and then put our check or cash in the box. We go here weekly.

Pretty sure what I got was whole milk bottled in a raw milk carton. Did blind test with the family at home and there was no distinguishable difference with look or taste.

Unmolested Guernsey and jersey milk is the best. You can have your Friesian Holstein store bought garbage. Ill bet anyone their lactose intolerance goes away switching to unmolested, unpasteurized milk. Mine did. Sooooo much better. Sooooo much. Ill never ever ever buy store bought milk again. Also amazing for making cheese and ice cream.

You need to put the milk in glass before fermenting, or else the bacteria will digest the plastic bottle it comes in and become toxic, producing spicy milk chunks. If you can, always buy milk that has never touched plastic (only non-reactive materials like glass/ceramic), but as long as the milk bottled in plastic is refrigerated, the bacteria will be mostly dormant and so will take much longer to digest the toxic plastic. So buying this stuff, transferring to air-sealed glass jars (with no air space between milk and top of jar (i.e. filling it all the way to the top), to prevent reaction with oxygen), then letting it ferment at room temp should be safe. I've tested it with this milk.
