My mother moved here 8mis ago. Brand new place built in 2019. I can't count the number of catastrophes or the staggering amount of things broken. Brand New There was a flood because management failed to keep the pipes from bursting when it froze. The lock on the front door broke the front door broke the back door broke the elevator broke The other elevator broke the trash chute brand new just put in a month or two ago the handle is broke on that. It's supposed to be 55 years and older and yet they are letting younger people move in, they are letting homeless people move in. Cars have been vandalized. There is absolutely no security. Apparently they have security cameras but they aren't turned on. There's nobody to call after hours. When the lock on the front door broke, the the electronic keypad wouldn't work and some lady couldn't get in and slept in her car all night. The list goes on and on. When you ask the staff when this will be fixed or that they just say they're working on it. It's been weeks and weeks now that the front door is broken so anyone can get in at any time. Ridiculous. My mom used her stimulus to move in there and has no way of moving out. Extremely disappointed.

Cedar Pointe is by far the best senior apartment complex. The office staff is warm welcoming and on top of your needs. The rooms are well planned. In the short time I have been here we have had a social dist tant meet and greet lots of fun.

Kelley made the process so easy by helping with the documentation, finding the right apartment that met their needs and help them on move in day. We are happy to be in a new and quiet setting. The rent is $1307 for the 1 bedrooms, $1560 for the 2 bedrooms. This includes water, sewer and garbage. Each unit has it's own washer and dryer inside. We are currently accepting applications for August Move ins.
