Maintenance came and fixed my washer that I swear was possessed. They were very professional and courteous.

My family and I enjoy living here. We have been thru a very hard time the past year and a half (pre Covid/ during Covid) and the Staff was very helpful and understanding and worked with us to the best of their ability resulting in us able to remain in our home. We are so thankful for that. We have never had any problems and our current Manager ( Rebecca) is great!

One of the most dumb things I have ever done in my life is live there. The office is always trying to screw you over. Move you in at low income housing. When you get a job they raise your rent. But when you loose your job they don't lower your rent. They just make up lie's about you so they can evict you. Your wife and your three kids. And mess up any way for you to rent somewhere else. So me and my family was homeless for two years. Struggling to survive. But we made it and I hope that pisses them off. I am sorry for the harsh language but all must know how they treat those in need of help. By the way I am retired military of 22 1/2 years. So my family is tuff and you may knock us down but you can bet we will get back up and stronger then before. Thank you for your time.

I have been renting apartments since I was 17 and this is one of the *best* places I have ever rented from. I had a few issues with the apartment upon moving in. Some lights didn't work, the lock stuck, and our dryer wasn't working the way it should. Everything was fixed within a day, and the guy who did it was very nice and polite. Since we were not only new to the area, but to the state, he offered ideas on where we should go out to eat, and some things to see! Parking can be a bit of a pain if you don't pay for covered parking, but you will never have to park too far away. The apartments are insulated well so the PUD bill stays low. I can hear the neighbor above me, but the people next to me have several children and I don't even know they are there. There are several playground areas and basketball areas for the large amount of families that live in the complex. If you are looking for a super quiet complex where there aren't many children, this is not the place for you. But if you're a family looking for a good sized apartment to move in to; where your children can ride their bikes and play outside, I highly recommend checking this place out.

I did not live there a friend of mine did. I can say I never had any problems and i never felt unsafe when I would visit. The police do seem to swing in often but I don't know if that was just to patrol or if there was an actual problem.

Is this low income housing ??? Also, what are the rental rates for these apartments and are they hard to obtain ???

The are very shady we started out low income 800.00 gotta job rate went up to 900.00 got a promotion rate went up to 1000.00. lost job. And was evicted for damage that was on our move in paper work. I think they didn't want to drop our rate down. Lot of druggies around there so if you have kids not a good place. And the school will call CPS on you for anything they can. And the CPS was under investigation for making up reports.
