July 15th I ordered a Zen Artistry Premium for my SILaw, whose brother had just passed, on Camano Island. What She received wasn't even Close to the design, the vase was even wrong! Arrangement should have been check'd before leaving the store. Unbelievable. I am Very upset about this.

I ordered a plant arrangement through justflowers.com that was filled by these guys. It was hidious. I have never been so embarrassed to have someone receive something by me. The arrangement I ordered was bursting with a variety of 7 different small plants filling the entire bowl. I paid $10 extra for the deluxe to have mine even fuller. I got 4 plants with big emtpy gaps between a cupple plants and a big empty spot in the front with just plain dirt showing.... ever heard of moss? Plus the bowl was hidious. The pot in the picture was a pretty dark purple shiny one. I knew it wouldn't be exactly the same but it came in a God awful terra cotta monstrosity that looks like it belongs outside. Never been so disappointed. My daughter's dad died. I got her something living for her to remember him by' how awful that they would send this. They gave me a small credit so I could "fix it". The girl at customer service at flowers.com couldn't even lie a d pretend she though it was pretty. I asked her opinion and she was silent. I didn't want money I wanted them to fix it. Nope.
