Is there usually an issue with them answering the phone? The internet says they are open but I have called there 6 times in the last 3 hours and no one has picked up. Maybe they are actually closed for the holidays?

That does sound like a possibility. I haven't actually called before. I just drop by and bring* in what i need fixed or wait until I'm there because they usually can help. Try stopping by if ypu are out and about. Come from the north, east or west, if you come from south you will have to turn around to make the entrance. They are below the cannabis store.
