We just recently had a fresh litter of kittens and that all the kittens started to get fading kitten syndrome we called this place expecting a decent price but they said it would easily be over $1,000 each for the fading kitten syndrome keep in mind there where four, and the lady on the phone was rude and arrogant to us like we didn't know anything, they don't care about your animals they don't care about you all they want is your money please do not go here if you care at all about your animals. This place needs to have it's vet license revoked rest easy little ones.

First I need to say that I have spent nearly 20 years working in veterinary clinics. I had an elderly cat that was dying, I called in the afternoon and was told that we could bring him in after 8pm when the er doctor is in. I was told there could be a little wait but they try to get euthanasias in and out as quickly as possible. So, we wait until after 8pm, watching our cat struggle and die. I called when we got there and was told she would have to check to see if that was something they could do. She came back and said they could do but they are at a 4-6 hour wait. I asked even for a euthanasia? At which point the receptionist started talking down to me about what a critical patient is. I hung up on her and we ended up going to SVS, they were at capacity but will always fit in a euthanasia. Which is what Pilchuck should have said. I know that euthanasias are not something that takes the a lot of the doctors time. I know that if they were caring and compassionate they would have helped us that night. Instead they basically told me that my cat didn’t matter and he could just die a slow miserable death. I cannot even believe the way we were treated!! Again, I worked in private practice for 15 years and then an emergency & specialty hospital for 4 years before recently leaving to be a stay at home mom. I know how things should have gone!

My sweet fur baby had a blood clot in the middle of the night, causing him terrible pain and paralysis in his hind legs. Due to his age we decided going to sleep was the best option. Doctor Anna and the assistant were very kind to my cat. I am very grateful they are willing to work all hours to help people with pets in need. Highly recommend.

Pilchuck is one of the best vet practices I have interacted with. They are efficient and compassionate. My cats have never been so calm and well handled in an exam room. I always get the answers I need in a timely manner. I feel very comfortable leaving my pets with each of the lovely vet techs who work there. Shout out to Claire for being a fantastic receptionist and going above and beyond every time with a calm cheery demeanor.

Prices seem a little above average for some tests & such, but like Natalie said the integrative clinic is fantastic and Dr. Meyer is just wonderful.
