The only thing disqualifying me is that I have a cat I refuse to give up. A quiet and respectful, 7 pound cat who is fully trained and am willing to pay massive deposit for peace of mind and you still disqualify anyone with a pet even though pets are often companion animals and serve therapeutic purposes. No wonder your ratings are so horrible.

Visit www.snoahg.org for current rental rates. Although the Centennial Trail apartments are exclusively for seniors (and conveniently next door to the Snohomish Senior Center), seniors are welcome at other locations. Rates vary slightly by location - but all are considerably below market value.
Because this housing is transitional for those who are working and can be long term for those who are seniors or on social security, the waiting time depends upon the number of applicants and number and frequency of apartments available and thus constantly varies. Applicants are encouraged to meet the manager in person when submitting their application, and to follow up regularly with the manager.
