I own Dalco Pressure Washers. WS&M's staff called me, a competitor, to ask how to service a Cat pump. The lady could not hide her annoyance when instead of answering her questions I told her where she can look up the information for herself. How bizarre.

I have always been impressed with how my lawn tools work following service... HOWEVER this last time I had my blower in to have the carburetor cleaned and it wasn't to standards after I brought it home (wouldn't stay running) so I took it back in again. After another go a VERY nice gentleman brought it out to speak with me, fire it up... to satisfy me AND the front desk staff that it was in great working condition before letting it leave the office! THANK YOU all for taking good care of me!

Great store, great staff. I have a 20 year old mower and they had the part I needed. OK they are more expensive than Amazon, but I'm happy to support these local folks. I'm pretty sure this is lawn art and not a working lawn mower - but it looks awesome!

If it is running YES. if they can use it for parts yes. If you answer no to both there will be a fee to take it off your hands.
