Website leaves a lot to be desired but the friendliness of the yard workers and the quality of the lumber makes up for those shortcomings. My first large order had a few delivery issues but the manager resolved the issues and delivered the solution himself. Shop here vs the big box stores!

Really poor customer service. Conflicting information provided. Poor communication. Very long wait times. Rude employees.

Website indicates that some specialty hardwood wood products can be ordered. Staff were dismissive insisting that they did not carry those products. Seems like both can not be correct.

I have never been disappointed with these guys. Reasonable / completive prices on lumber and hardware. I have purchased fencing, deck supplies, stain and tools. They offer great advice including lower cost project alternatives and ideas. I depend on them for all projects, large and small. The staff is way, way more knowledgeable than what you will find at the big box retail outlets.

I need to replace an outdoor step. 3"x12" by 5 feet. do you have in sotck, or can you order? How long to order?

We have a 3x12 PT material and plenty of it. The shortest length we have is 12' and it is rated for ground contact.

I am redoing my front porch and I have one out door treated board that I have to replace. It it is 1 1/16" X 3 1/2" X 12' long, which is a little thicker then the standard 1 1/2 X 3 7/16". Do you guys carry this size.

Standard deck board is usually considered five quarter, meaning 5 1/4 ". Chinook Lumber has plenty of five quarter.

More info is needed. Is this deck require support? If so is it elevated or will pier blocks suffice? Will it require a railing? Stairs to the ground? What material do you want to use?
