Either way. If you make an appointment, you don't have to wait as long. Or you can take a chance and just walk in. If you just walk in on a day when you're the only customer, you will probably get in faster than when you have an appointment on a busy day. But, if you just walk in on a busy day, you might wait for a long time.
You can do a walking but you will take a while to be checked in. But it all depends how many peyare ahead of you.
You can call in beforehand or just show up. I would go elsewhere if I were you though this place is terrible
