I went for a physical and unfortunately the computers were down. They came back up which was great but it turned in to a 2 hour ordeal, which wasn’t there fault. The staff seemed nice. Rose, the lady who does the physicals was awesome. She went out of her way to get it done, was super nice, friendly and professional.

My visit to Concentra in Kent was great. I was their for a DOT Physical. Only problem I had was I arrived at 8 am. There was four people ahead of me and I was told it would be a 90 minute wait. Almost 4 hours later I was seen.

Got there right at open, there was a long line. Got in, had to fill paperwork out leaving against a wall because too many people. Sat in my car for well over an hour because there was just too many people in the lobby. I think total I was there for 90-120 minutes for a simple drug test.

short staffed.....an excuse i have listened to for too long now! Arrived 30 mins before opening, and was still there for over 2 hours.... When i was called back to pee in a cup, i did just that. Did my thing in the cup and gave it to the lady. Mind you, i was already frustrated with how long i had already been there. So the nurse says i dont need a drug screen, and she DUMPS it out!!!!! I was there for a DOT physical. That requires a drug screening!!! All in all, that was the first and LAST time i will be going there....
