It depends on the store. In most it's only recommended, but individual businesses can choose to still require them if they wish.
The South Hill Mall is continuing to follow State guidelines for mask mandate. Since the mandate was lifted, we are no longer requiring face coverings in the South Hill Mall. However, individual stores may continue to request their guests wear them.
