Also had a good experience. Already had an Ecobee but furnace was 20 years old so when it was replace they had to run a new set of wires. You will have to patch/paint any holes they need to make... but this is fairly standard.
They did a great job hooking up a ecobee thermostat to a variable speed two stage with air.
