I didn't get my EBT this month. I think I'm due for midpoint recertification. Can I do an online form and phone interview or will I have to physically go in? I'm disabled and have no transportation so it's difficult to get there. I live in Parkland.

I'd call DSHS first and make ask to make a phone appointment . Then they'll call you on that day , and your problem can be solved .
