They are always on time and they don't surge their prices regardless of any situation, their cabs are super clean and the drivers and dispatchers are just wonderful. I highly recommend YELLOW EXPRESS TAXI.

Called night before to reserve a taxi for 2:30 am the next morning,was told there would no problem, 2:30 came I called to find out where my taxi was and he was on his way. Don't know where he came from but he didn't show up Until an hour later!!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!Have to give them a star to post.

Even with a reservation made hours before the requested pick-up time, Yellow Express in Tacoma is consistently 90 minutes late. ( One week later, 3 1/2 hours late. The afternoon / evening dispatcher claimed he couldn't find the reservation, When I asked how that was possible, he disconnected the call. Perhaps he is still using chalk and a blackboard to track reservations on the wall? Clearly he is a graduate of the "Ma Bell School of Customer Service" ). It has a monopoly, so riders have no choice. : / YE does not provide a card-reader to new drivers, which boggled my mind. Extremely short-sighted. ( One week later, the same driver eventually arrived; still no card-reader. Incredible! YE still sending Ill-equipped drivers onto the streets. YE lost my business tonight. 1 / 4th star. )
