Unfortunately, reception staff must follow doctor and insurance required processes which sometimes creates delays in scheduling or the inability to meet patients' demands. This is not snottiness or rudeness, but instead is them doing their job properly. We do our best to treat all patients with respect and courtesy.
I do not know why you are asking me this but maybe they weren't rude and snotty. Sometimes we take things wrong. I know I do. Maybe they were busy and in a hurry. It happens. Forgiveness is important everyday!
