Is the pet fee per night or is it a one time fee

guest staying 1-6 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee will be administered. Guests staying 7-30 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee plus an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered

75$ is the pet fee and cleaning fee

It's a one time fee of $75 for the duration of your stay, unless, of course, there's a cleaning fee, i believe
