Great location. All best restaurants are within walking distance. We were able to enjoy live music from our balcony while the kids slept. Best beach block, for sure. Also, loved being able to have our puppy with us. He enjoyed playing with other dogs at the bay.

Sorry Hyatt, I accidentally put the other review in but this time this review is meaningful. My family is disappointed about the changes that have happened in the past few years. We were expecting the nice, clean, and new experience that we had years ago but coming back we received a room on the first floor that was cleaned every few days, that is overall just dirty. The beds are uncomfortable and are hard to sleep on. The pillows are the same way. The room also had stains on the window blinds, and always tended to smell weird. We also had to ask for more towels because of the schedule of the housekeeping and the little refills that it provides. The hotel also has confusing signs in it’s parking garage leaving people confused if a spot is for a condo or for the hotel. The parking is also tight and hard to get out of your car. It seems that all the money and time is being put into the condos that are also here and that the hotel is an afterthought. That said, the breakfasts are nice and it is in a convenient location with restaurants close by and being close to the beach and the bay. I also noticed the indoor pool getting some complaints from it being “cloudy” and I just want to clear up that it is stated that it is saltwater and saltwater is cloudy. That wraps up my review, I probably won’t be coming back here as long as nothing changes because I have seen some reviews from months ago being replied to but the changes have not happened. If changes happen I will be looking forward to the old experience that made staying here a nice thing to look forward to.

After some initial room mixup the 1st night, all was corrected! We had a great condo that had everything we needed for a great stay. The staff was phenomenal and the Lighthouse restaurant attached to the hotel serves some great food! I highly recommend this place in Dewey Beach!

This place is amazing. Great customer service, clean, helpful. Breakfast was amazing, being 32 weeks pregnant they even had a bath mat for the shower to make sure I didn't fall. Anything we asked or needed advice for things to do they were right there. So kind and friendly. Loved Natalia so much!
