Nice hotel. The only complaint is the bathrooms are small. They replaced the old continental breakfast with warm breakfast options which you pick from and they have it ready at the time specified. I would like to see the pop-tarts, mini- donuts ,etc for those who just want a snack type breakfast. They do have muffins, bagels and a waffle maker. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Parking lot is tight. Easy access to the beach. Our family has been coming to this hotel for a week in the summer for 30+ years.

Great experience! It was our first time in the Rehoboth Beach area and we booked a one night stay from a Friday-Saturday. There was free parking right next to the hotel for one vehicle per room, a hot breakfast which you can pre order during check in plus a breakfast bar in the lobby. Saturdays was a chicken bacon cheese breakfast croissant, was skeptical at first, but at our breakfast pick up time it ended up being really good and included little breakfast potatoes. During our stay they did a wine and meat/cheese tray tasting along with a cookie hour later in the evening. Since the hotel is right on Dewey beach we had easy beach access. So it was nice to keep our beach items in our vehicle when we weren’t using them. The beach was great much more relaxed setting compared to the beach in front of the boardwalk. Tom and every staff member working Friday June 17, 2022 to Saturday morning June 18th were super friendly and helpful with recommendations/information. My spouse and I would definitely recommend.

One of my favorite hotels i’ve stayed at! The rooms are so cute and extremely clean. I felt very welcome by the front desk staff. Free coffee all day, wine and cheese, and chocolate chip cookies are so nice. Plus, the beach is literally right there! This is awesome.

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at in this area! The staff are so nice and welcoming, they have breakfast and beach chairs included, and the beach is literally right in front of the hotel. You can't beat the location, price, or customer service!
