Grabbed lunch at Woody's and was very happy with what we ordered. Sky was our waitress and she was great. We tried the crabby tots, crab cake sliders and mac n cheese bites for starters. Everything was delicious. My kids really enjoyed the mac n cheese bites. The cream o' crab soup was delicious as well if you prefer a creamier soup. I had the soft shell BLT sandwich and my husband had The McDonough. Both very incredibly delicious! The ahi tuna was perfectly seared and seasoned. I would come back again for a bite to eat in the future! Prices were also reasonable!

I love Woody's ❤️! Always a great atmosphere and good food. Been visiting occasionally for years, before and after covid. I must confess I don't love crabcakes, but based on some reviews I decided to try the Monster. I don't think it's on the menu, but if you ask they'll know what you're looking for. It's a crab cake topped with a lightly battered and fried softshell crab, lettuce, and tomato on a brioche bun. Just Awesome!!! 🙌🏿 to tip it off, the service was even better. Our waitress was great. The owner even stopped by to see how I was making out with the Monster. I only made it through half and gave the other half to hubby. We both enjoyed it! Really love the attention the owner gives his customers, really makes me want to keep coming back. (Side note, I was so caught up in the crab two ways on my bun that there might not have been lettuce and tomato on my Monster. Can't recall. 🤪😁)

Stopped in with friends because we had heard this place has the best crab cakes in the area. We were not disappointed. Woody's has a laid back beach vibe atmosphere. The crab cakes are amazing! There is so little filler and so much lump crab that I don't even know how they keep them together. They area but pricey as the price fluctuates due to the market but they are well worth it. Don't leave Dewey Beach without stopping in!

Very good food and generous portions. Had the fried green beans and crab cake platter. Crab cake was top notch for sure. Best to go weekday otherwise be prepared to wait a long time and if your driving you will be lucky to find a spot anyway even remotely close if at all.
