We pulled in and it looked like a dump. The pictures online aren’t the reality of this motel. When checking in they booked us for different dates a month out! I spoke to the staff on the phone when booking so there was not an online booking mistake. She offered us a poolside room. We walked around and would not stay there for free. There were 3 staff members smoking cigarettes in the walkway to the pool area. We were lucky to find a hotel on Rehoboth beach. We actually were thankful they made a mistake!

Positive: Loved the location. It had a decent pool and room was clean. Would stay again. Negative: Refrigerator was frozen over so it wouldn't close properly. Coffee in the lobby was nice but was empty some days.

This is a GEM. We were passing through decided to stick around for the night after coming through the town and feeling the vibe! Very accommodating, clean well priced rooms. Coffee in office all day/night. Updated rooms are spacious with a little kitchenette, table and chairs, balcony, and great toiletries...clean modernized bathrooms...and THE BAY VIEWS!!! Perfect location....bay outback, ocean a block across street...great local favorite restaurants within a 2 block walk....we will definitely stay here again. Pool and free ample parking!

This place is perfect and the staff here is so friendly. Stayed here this past week and I would totally come back here again. Jamie at the desk was so nice and gave us recommendations on places to eat and go out. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and to dozens of bars and restaurants.
