Not sure about fishing rules either. But it may be difficult to pull in with all the rocks and vegetation but lots of good size fish visible in the shallow water.

Dont think you can fish there. But one guy said he saw big basses around the water vegetation very close to wooden boardwalk. Also he seen carps from the other viewing spot. Also pretty big fish jumped out of the water feeding in vegetation.
