I have my friend sister son that disabled n they live out of state n i want he to come over here to live can he be transferred here for dshs to help him?

Yrs, go into the nearest Dshs office and tell them what your situation is and they will have you see a worker! They will have his case transferred from where he is to where you are.

DSHS is different in each state. He would have to go in to the office and apply for Washington benefits.
