It doesn't matter where it happened. You go to Oah Harboe District Court. Coupeville is Superior Court and handles felony cases and family matters. So unless you seriously hurt or killed someone on your DUI, you go to Oak Harbor.
It depends on where it happened if it was in Oak Harbor then you would go to Oak Harbor Court
