Superior Court Judge Caroline Cliff chose to place protection orders against after stating in court there was no evidence of threats made, at all. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE. I have already started the process of filing a complaint with the judges association and filing for a motion for reconsideration.

Questions & Answers

If you do a Motion for the judge to give an order to the opposing attorney does a hearing have to be set for that?

Yes I do believe so.

I am going to my DUI hearing early Monday morning. Do I go to Oak Harbor court or Coopville court?

It doesn't matter where it happened. You go to Oah Harboe District Court. Coupeville is Superior Court and handles felony cases and family matters. So unless you seriously hurt or killed someone on your DUI, you go to Oak Harbor.

Do I need to come in to file a Legal Separation documents or can I send e-file or send postal mail? I already filled out the paper works.

You would have to go to the court you are filling with because you have to pay the filing fee, get copies of the paperwork, get the court date, and they may have questions. Then you have to have someone serve the court date to the other person and file proof of service.
