Still without running water since Friday morning it is now Wednesday morning. King water "assured" us the well tech would be here Monday (nobody showed) then Tuesday they said he is driving back from Moses Lake left at 8am and again assured us he would be here and working into the night if he had to. (nobody showed) . He must be the last living Well tech and in demand. This is unacceptable, I asked if they could park a water truck out here and was told we aren't there yet. When will we get to that point it has been 5 days going on 6? Useless!!!!

Our private well stopped working, and after leaving lots of messages, Ron at King Water was the first to call me back. He was very helpful and friendly, even though we are not clients. Ron explained about the red reset button on our pump control box. This got our water back online in a few minutes. Thanks Ron!

If I could make it no stars I would. I live in Clinton. Our neighbors noticed that both of our water meter boxes which are beside each other were full of water. He called King on Thursday to ask them to inspect. King came out and inspected the meter for leaks on Friday. Turns out its on our line after the meter. The King service tech never came to my door to tell me. Didn't leave a note. They did nothing. They only made sure their line wasn't leaking. I was home all day. I work third shift. We finally noticed the water in the meter boxes for ourselves at 4:45 pm Friday. So needless to say we have had no water this weekend. Had they actually cared about something other than themselves I would have had a chance to get a hold of the plumber during the day and work on getting it resolved when the King Water service tech noticed it was my line leaking in the afternoon on Friday not Friday evening when I had to call them myself. Good luck finding a plumber on the south end friday at 5:30. It is the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I've lived in every corner of this country, and our King Water managed water system has more issues than every other place I've ever lived combined. I rent a home in a community maintained by King Water. When we first moved in, our landlord explained that he had to put a whole-house water softener in place just to make our water soft enough to be usable. Even with that softener, we still have to buy drinking water at the store, and pH balancing water for our spa is borderline impossible. In the best of times, we deal with water shut-offs 2-3 times per year. But in the past few months, we've been told we aren't allowed to use the water so many times I've lost count. I work from home, and have had to adjust to not being able to flush a toilet or wash my hands for an entire day at a time, multiple times per month. The time before last, everyone's water on my entire block ran brown for nearly 48 hours, and took over a week to clear up enough before I trusted it for brushing my teeth. And this morning, after our water had been shut off all day yesterday (and we were told it was finally safe to use again at 6PM last night) I was informed via email at 8:18 AM that there was a water main break that no one noticed (or saw fit to tell us about) for at least 14 hours while we've been using water that is potentially damaging our plumbing. Hopefully the water from which I made the coffee that I was drinking when I got that notice doesn't contain harmful chemicals or sediment. All of this is on top of the complaints everyone else has already mentioned about difficulty paying them, and being so far behind the curve technologically that they don't even have a website (let alone online payment options, or an emergency SMS notification system). If you're considering buying or renting a home connected to a King Water managed well, I'd strongly recommend thinking twice!
