We would like to donate some shower kits. Toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo etc. Would this be acceptable? Or is there something else that is needed more. My family is looking to help.

Totally acceptable. It's best to call because there is construction going on building the women's dorm. Some entrance to the facility are fenced off.
