What is the point of having a doctor here if when you call a member of your care team is NEVER available???

I see Dr.Dini and I mostly communicate through Emails on Ecare and they always reply expeditiously.

I regularly talk to them via the "8" option on their voicemail system. Unfortunately, I can only get to medical assistants who can't do much at all. So, I got a medical plan (from Aetna) having a ZERO co-pay. This way, I can see my doctor every few days when something is happening, without being bankrupted. If I can't wait for days, I use the "Ask a Question" option on their ecare system, and usually get a response in a few hours. If all else fails, I can always drop in to their Urgent Care. It isn't perfect, but it seems better than most other providers. PLEASE, if you find a better provider, post it here so everyone can benefit.

Using ecare Dr Dini and staff always reply very quickly.
