Every time I have been here has been the best experience. The front staff are friendly and make me feel comfortable right away. Which is so important to someone that has huge anxiety about seeing Doctor's. The nurse are warm and caring. Even when I have showed up 5 min before closing due to not having a car until my husband gets home from work. No one makes me feel bad or rushed The care is still there focal point. I wish the staff and Doctor's that work in this urgent care saw patients on a regular bases. I would not have such a huge problem seeing Doctor's if I had the same front desk, nurses and Doctors for it takes all these positions to make you feel comfortable and receive great care. If only other UW Doctor offices had this kind of care I wouldn"t have to force myself to seek care, and wait till my health problem was critical. They do have a primary care Doctors located there during the day, but it IS NOT THE SAME.!!! THE NURSES were so awful I just cancelled cared there. I was hoping for the same wonder care I receive Every time I have went to there urgent care.

Do not I mean do not go here... Absolutely no value of persons time... Waited 2 hours for Absolutely nothing left then getting phone calls there's finally a room for us... If the doctor needs more time with patients then do not schedule more then she can see...

First time going to this place and had a terrible experience with the receptionist named Charleen. She was very very rude and impolite. Don’t understand how someone with such bad attitude could still be working there as a receptionist. Will never go back to this clinic again.

SIMPLE don't go for urgent care. Doctor was unprofessional, due to assumption of me being a COVID-19 patient, even though I wanted them to look at what was causing my sore throat and white tongue. The doctor make feel that I was not wanted there. Finally the doctor decided not to go into the patient room to see me and the visit was being conducted over the telephone. I never gave verbal consent to proceed by phone and I bet they still charge my insurance. Finally they never gave me any prescript to help with my sore throat. (Side note: they're equipment seem to be faulty and not working, or they don't have the equipment to conduct tests, such as to confirm you have the flu)

Hello, Patients do not need insurance prior to seeing a doctor. However, for patients without insurance, a deposit or down payment that covers a portion of the visit will be requested prior to receiving medical services. We accept many types of health insurance and many forms of payment. There is a page on the UW Medicine website that offers more details about insurance, billing, and payment options. Get these details by going to: main page>> patient care >> billing>> health insurance. Unfortunately links are not permitted in this forum. Thank you for your question.
No they don't. They will test u only if u have symptoms and after the doctor sees you first and then they make the decision if they will test you. There is a free testing site at the Federal Way Aquatic Center. Drive thru. Results back in 2 days.
Yes they accept united health care. And the doctors are great
Yes!

I see Dr.Dini and I mostly communicate through Emails on Ecare and they always reply expeditiously.
Have you tried ecare?
Generally there is not a long wait. This is based on my personal experience of going there three separate times. Staff is prompt and helpful.
The phone number on the UW Neighborhood Federal Way Clinic web page routes to a contact center that has direct communication with the contact center. If you have an eCare account, you can log in to it and send a message to your care team member. My apologies, I cannot post phone numbers on this platform because of Google's policies.
