Each time I have been into this store either for a consulation to purchase shoes or to actually buy shoes the manageress is rude and takes forever to get off the phone to attend to me. The other staff are friendly enough but far to busy to take on the whole load at time. The most recent visit when the boss finally got off the phone and came out to where I was waiting, no apologies and she didn't even acknowledge me. She spoke to my back! I bought shoes there and asked about the warranty. She didn't tell me that they only had a 1 month warranty but I found out later that if I bought them directly from the manufacturer they would have a 1 year warranty. HOKA. When I tried to return them 3 months later when they were falling apart she was rude and dismissive. Won't be going back there.

We limit the number of customers allowed in the store at one time so that we can maintain appropriate distances and provide one-on- one service to our customers. All customers and staff must wear masks at all times. We also sanitize the store multiple times per day. Sole Perfection ensures a safe environment for all. Clearance is not refundable. Regular price shoes can be returned. I have good luck with shoes there. I make sure they don't hurt my feet at all by walking around the store for a few minutes. If I gave discomfort I don't get them.
Sometimes a good insole can help with back pain along with a properly fitted pair of shoes. Shoes with proper soles are also important. It is probably a good idea to have your old back injury checked out by a back specialist to make sure you don't have a ruptured disc or other problem. The consultants in the store will let you explain your problem and make recommendations
