This is an older facility but what a great location (near Costco and Walmart). Reserved online a larger storage unit for a lower price than current facility and received a telephone call confirming this rental on the due day by Miriam. She was kind and courteous (offered bottle water) and discovered an additional discount when setting up the account (paid for a year in advance). Once all the paperwork was completed she accompanied this writer to the unit to remove facility lock and to ensure the unit will be secured correctly (tricky little lock). Best check-in ever for a storage facility (this is the third one in Washington).

below subpar staffing/management/operations. HUGE MAJOR security flaw. i would never store anything of value here. helped a freind move stuff here and it was horrible, appearently it was the cheapest around and i realized why. management can PM me on how to fix the major security flaw risking all customers propertys.

I went to work for this company Within three weeks that I was there My trainer came into train me. But with all the issues there that they needed to take care of with the break-ins. I never got the training I needed. So basically what I'm saying is when they hire you their training policies are not good at all And this is the two supervisors that they had sent meThey need more training Themselves before trying to train somebody else

This place don't even deserve 1 star....my unit was broken into 3 times. They never fixed the ceiling where the perps damaged the first time. The door to the building where the units are can be easily unlocked. The ceiling is actually like pigeon wire, so easily breached. The last break in was today. The perps dragged my stuff out into the hall and left it there for anyone to grab. I told the manager that it's their responsibility to put my stuff back in the unit and secure it, but she actually told me that she's 20 weeks pregnant and she rather not lift anything. Of course the police is useless. Don't put your stuff here unless you want to give it away. Also their hours are at 9am, but one day the lady didn't show until almost 0930. A few people was waiting to talk to someone. Terrible place.
