Google Doesn't give me option to rate 0. I had given my phone for repair which doesn't power on. After diagnosis, I got a call on day one saying it has some virus and factory reset has to be done and it charges $100 + taxes. Day 3 when I am in their store, I was told it doesn't work and they do not have any diagnose report. Store manager says that he knows better than any one in store and went in to check but sales agent came in a minute and says it could be battery issue and it takes 10 days min to get the part. Wondering how they can say without checking and I need to bare the cost of battery if it is not abattery issue.

I should have known when I saw this place belongs to Asurion. They're the only company I hate more than Chase. I told them Monday was fine, it wasn't an emergency. 3 weeks later after wondering what became of my computer, I called to find out they were still working on it. Pretty sure that was a lie, since they didn't have any information at all about what was being done, or how long it would take. Another week later, I called again, and they said they'd call me right back. All of the sudden, I get an email from Microsoft that someone is logging into my account. Looks like they finally turned my computer on! They called me an hour later telling me whatever it was, which they couldn't explain, was fixed. Unhappy I waited over a month so they could spend an hour to mysteriously fix my computer.
