Arrived at 5:45 PM on a Thursday. Waited 10 minutes in line at the register only to be told I had to be put into a queue, but I was first in line. Took a number, 30 minutes later, the bearded service rep called out another customer who had arrived 10 minutes after me for a broken phone issue. What is the purposes of a queue if you just go with any person you want? Then about 5 minutes later, just seconds before heading out, the woman manager call me over and I think to myself. You were walking around the store not helping out your staff, what made you want to step in now. Oh, the queue was at 4 people now and the wait time was 45 minutes. That when a manager steps in. Why do the closest Comcast center to you have to be so bad? Warning to everyone else… your better off at the Auburn branch.

Going to the store is one of the most stressful experiences of my life there were two employees that just completely and utterly showed me nothing but disrespect from the moment I started talking to them, and I am a person that refuses to sit by while being blatantly disrespected, and as this was not my place of work I pulled out my camera so that I could document for later what unprofessionalism looks like. they’re pompous and catty. and legitimately at the end of the day did not help me with my problem instead they were condescending to me the whole time and gave me the “nothing we can do for you” instead of even trying to help me solve my issue. The man Who initially sorry to help me a big black guy named Damien or Darius or something like that called his manager over who is also disrespectful and non helpful. Apparently they expected me to come into their store and help myself solve an issue were they charge me $500 + for a phone plan that they themselves couldn’t find in there own systems.. steer clear of Damien and Jennifer or something that started with an a I forget her name as well but she’s a short slightly stout mixed race woman with curly hair and a bad attitude. Steer clear of this branch if at all possible trust me it’s not worth it

The service was horrible. Jennifer W. Who waited on me was not helpful or kind in any way. If this is the people you employ you will never get my business. Do Not go to the Federal Way store as the customer service is very poor there.

I think their 12 month promotional rate for cable internet is pretty good. The service specifically for this store is excellent. Now, they did completely lie over the phone when selling me the service.
You should adress this question to Comcast. I don't subscribe to the prices they charge. I constantly ask to get better deals. I don't understand why they charge as much as they do. I've been with them since 1980, so I've seen constant increases. It's like any business...they charge what people are willing to pay. Money needs to be made, (profits and dividends) yet other companies charge less for the same services (or are they the same?). Improvements in communication and products cost money and they still need a beneficial bottom line. Do the math...
