You should adress this question to Comcast. I don't subscribe to the prices they charge. I constantly ask to get better deals. I don't understand why they charge as much as they do. I've been with them since 1980, so I've seen constant increases. It's like any business...they charge what people are willing to pay. Money needs to be made, (profits and dividends) yet other companies charge less for the same services (or are they the same?). Improvements in communication and products cost money and they still need a beneficial bottom line. Do the math...
Try Amazon fire stick if you are not satisfied then use Netflix they all cost but you will need an Internet connection no matter what. Guess that means Starbucks and free WiFi with latte
Unfortunately, where I live the building management went with the other company..just a different sugar coating and cloring..same essance..the ONLY difference, in MY experience with Xfinity is their Customer Support, whether over the phone, or the wonderful staff at Fed Way store.. As a sales professional, I would suggest, go in their with a smile, Speak with one if the Associates and see what they can do for a Win/Win situation... otherwise, use what your smart TV has... has to be smart tv..like your phone, at least..
