There is an elderly Russian man Vladimir who works on the clocks he's been in business for 45 years and he is very very knowledgeable about clocks I took my Elgin mantle clock there to be restored when you bring in a pricey clock it's got a little pricey amount you got to pay to get it restored but it seemed fair I haven't got it back yet it's a long way it's like 4 months but he has a lot of clocks and clocks aren't factory stuff you have to do everything by hand and he does it personally I don't know why I just have faith in this man and all those other reviews are great for any other thing he's ever done so I'll check back in August and let you know how we did with my clock

Folks here took real good care of me for a very reasonable price. While transporting a family clock made in 1899, the domed glass front of the clock was broken, as was my heart. But they found a replacement that looks like it was also from 1899! On my mantle now, and I am so happy that I found this shop. 10 out of 10!!

I first emailed for a quote to have my Movado watch battery replaced because it required tools I don't have. Igor was very quick to respond and helpful. I walked in, got my battery replaced in minutes, at a very affordable price! I will be coming back and would highly recommend.

I needed a new battery for my Seiko chronograph (quartz electric) wristwatch. I called a few places in Federal Way and this store beat everyone's prices by at least 50%. Not only was the battery replaced quickly and professionally, but the back cover gasket had stretched out and a new one was installed for free. The price was a flat $8.00 including tax! That sure beats the $16 & up prices quoted elsewhere! There are some very interesting clocks for sale, if you like old-world charm! The modern ones don't require winding, just batteries as needed.

You will need to bring it in for an estimate. Monday through Saturday 9AM to 6PM and we will let you know if its repairable what the cost is and time frame.
We do not service wristwatches. The only service we provide for watches are batteries and some leather bands.
You would need to bring it in so we can determine the proper response to that question. -Igor
It sounds like you need a thorough cleaning of the clock works. He has worked on my antique wall clock and done an outstanding job! Polishing the wood work is on you though. He'll get the inside working like a well oiled machine!
Both employees and customers wear mask, 2 customers in store limit at any time. Thank you!
