Just got home from my stay at Garden Terrace. I miss everyone. Truly a wonderful group of people that make sure you have whatever you need. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Felt like a bedroom. Relaxing. Nothing but respect the entire time. I strongly encourage you to visit the complex. My thanks to everyone. 💕💖

I was in there for 3 weeks after Major Back Surgery.the nurses and staff were so kind. The main RN Molly is ExtraordinaryThe only complaint I would have is the food was not so good so I ordered fruit for breakfast and lunch and pray dinner was good. OT PT what a wonderful group of people. They helped me so much and a shout out to Jeff who kept me on my toes Thank You

Please reconsider this facility and do not be deceived by the “good reviews/ratings” as our family was. The nurses forgot to give my loved one their medicine and did not follow hospital discharge and doctor’s instructions. Like other reviews, I received many excuses from staff. No one took accountability. Bathroom assistance was requested 3 different times within a 6 hour period but was only provided when I came and inquired with the CNA as to why nothing was provided when my loved one requested. Every CNA I talked with seemed very confused. I’m not sure if they are understaffed but I personally witnessed no one (nurse or CNA) come and check on my loved one an HOUR after they pressed the call button. I had to search for a nurse and when I finally found one and explained I was concerned maybe their call button wasn’t working because no one came and that they called because they were in pain, I was literally brushed off and told they already had their medicine. There was no concern, they didn’t even go speak with my family member to address their pain. They finally came in the room 2 hours later. Overall my family and I were extremely disheartened by the lack of care and concern demonstrated by multiple nurses and CNA’s across both shifts. We were also concerned about their inability to follow doctor instructions and give medicine and provide physician ordered medical care.

THANK you for your staff & therapist, great people from the front desk Terry to nurse, my mom & I were happy with the services provided and Joey who goes above & beyond to help the patients. My mother's total stay was about 40 days and all the staff meet are expectations in more ways than one. I would highly recommend Garden Terrace Health Center they explained all the needs and listen to the patient my mom when she didn't want to take certain medication. They are attentive to patients needs & wants. I personally feel our experience was great & if ever needed again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to take my mom back for the Care was excellence.
