Do NOT use this company. They are greedy and charge you for work not done. If you won't replace what they think needs replaced, they make sure it won't run again. We had a maintenance contract with them, to check yearly and do tune ups. Everything needed replaced, per Bacon. Nothing was having issues until they tuned up the HVAC. The water heater they said needed replaced for $2,455 still works great and gets hot. HVAC tune up said it needed replaced. As a widowed lady on social security, she couldn't afford to replace something that worked fine. She asked for it to be "recharged" and was charged over $500 to charge and it never cooled again. The 2nd opinion company that came 2 days later said it was NOT recharged but they could not repair what Bacon "fixed" and she had to come up with thousands to replace because of Bacon's greed. I am so disappointed in what greed has done to this company. I will never recommend them and steer others away every chance I can. They take lots of pics to show you how damaged your units are, but the damage could possibly be done before taking pics. Like a 75 year old woman knows what she is looking for in the pictures?! Units running fine just stop working the day this company services the units and charges you for that service?! This is wrong on every ethical level. They also wouldn't meet to discuss anything with her AND her children. They would only meet with her.
