I’ve been here since last August and couldn’t be more satisfied. The grounds are beautiful and the complex is so dog friendly. The pool and gym are great and never crowded. My unit was pristine when I moved in. Maintenance has been efficient and helpful the few times I’ve had to call. My only concern would be the amount of turnover in the leasing office. While everyone has been friendly, there seems to be a new face whenever I go in. Overall, I love it here and wish I could buy my unit!

I love this community! The apartment homes a beautiful! space is well distributed and comfortable! The neighbors a pleasant and staff is helpful and pleasant as well! I hope that I can be here for some years to come!

From the moment I contacted Berry Farms, Corey Hetzer was extremely helpful. Its not easy looking for an apartment in the middle of a pandemic. Corey made the process quick and easy. She answered all questions, and I had many, and she helped us lease an apartment in a manner of days. The apartment is beautiful , the complex and grounds are scenic and peaceful and the amenities are terrific!

UPDATE: It's now been 2-3 months since the original review was written, and the parking problem still has not been solved. There are never parking spots in front of my building, and residents are still creating their own parking spots which block other cars in. Warning! Do not move here unless you want your car to get scratched up, and enjoy parking far away from your building (with groceries it's even more fun). Looking forward to winter..... Unfortunately, would not recommend living in this community. The parking situation is really bad, and the office is not doing anything to solve the issue. Not sure what will happen come winter. Their "solution" to the problem is to encourage residents to pay $100 a month for a garage spot. Not quite sure why I should have to pay more money because the apartment complex did not think ahead and make more parking available? You think they'd lower the price for garage spots, you know supply versus demand. But they did not, and they do not plan to, garage spots are too expensive on top of the +$1.8k we pay for rent so no one wants one. Therefore, the parking situation has NOT been solved, and will continue to remain a problem. Residents are making up their own spots on the grass, or parallel parking anywhere they can find a spot. Our car has been scratched up because of this issue, since the "made up spots" block other cars in. Disappointed with the office's lack of concern.
