Kent Licensing Agency runs all cards (including at the counter) as credit. Any transaction under $75.00 has a standard $2.50ish fee and any transaction over $75.00 has a fee assessed at 3% the total. The office does have an ATM on location that will issue $200.00 at a time for $3.00 per use. The office accepts checks, so this may be the best option available. Alternatively, you can go in and get a quote for your transaction (yes you will be asked to go into the office for this). if you choose this option, request to have a skip line card issued. It will only be good for the rest of the day, but will allow you to run to the bank to pull money out if the fee's are a bit out of your price range. I hope this helps!
