Yes it is toddler friendly. Just keep them close. The tour guide is helpful and safe as well.
I think so. It is cold though. All year long it is 50 degrees and wet. So u will definitely want to bring a jacket and wear tennis shoes or boots. There were several kids of various ages that enjoyed the tour. I'm sure it would be fine.
I did see some toddlers with their families during my tour. You have to keep a close eye and hold tight. There are a couple of sheer drops and it is dark so young ones have to be monitored. Could get tiring for them though
